    NOT GOOD

    I ordered an Arizer Solo as an xmas gift for myself. Paid $45 for NEXT DAY GUARNTEED CANADA POST delivery. Due to weather it arrived TWO WEEKS later. Not even an offer from them to reimburse me. I received a 2012 unit that is well known to have major problems with the charger/batteries and it quit working in less than a week. If I want to ship it back to them along with some trinkets they gave me - but ALL packaging etc. has to , of course, be sent back. I'm NOT going to send a used vapourizer through the mail. I suggested that they send me a wall plug in adapter for it and then I would go away. NOTHING done in last two weeks. So, I'm out almost $300 and don't have a vapourizer. Don't buy ANYTHING from them unless you shop in their store and can return it easily.

    I am sorry to hear your experience with us was not satisfactory :( We do our absolute best to ensure that all packages are sent out and received in the fastest manner but once the package is our of our warehouse we must rely on our third party delivery service, Canada Post. Unfortunately, December was a rough month for weather conditions and on occasion, Canada Post does experience delays. We do have a great warranty service that we offer to all of our customers and a cleaned unit sent through the mail shouldn't be a concern :) Again, I apologize that the experience you had with us was not as expected, despite our efforts to resolve the situation. I hope your Solo is treating you well and if there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department.
