    I've had two excellent transactions with Toronto Vaporizer. Incredible customer service, great website, and quality products. The 'chat' option is excellent, Claire has been very helpful with my questions on both occasions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend TV to anyone (and I have been).

    I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service I received from Toronto Vape more specifically Claire! She is on top of her game, very knowledgeable about all the products helped steer me in the right direction. I am totally happy with the product I received which is the arizer q. I will definitely be back for all my vape needs. Thanks Claire for making the whole experience a more pleasurable one..keep up the good work!

    Aaron O. did a fantastic job helping me find the right unit for me and even mention some products that would work perfectly with the unit. This entire transaction happened through email and once that was done he was kind enough to give me a call and upgrade my shipping to help me out. It's this kind of customer service that is severely lacking in the world today! I look forward to my next purchase with Toronto vapourizer!

    Amazing Service! I opted for 5-10 day free shipping and it came within 2 business days, couldn't be happier. I spoke with the loveliest customer service rep by the name of Claire who really was the nicest person I have spoken to at a company and she really made me feel important by doing everything she could to answer my questions. Products arrived as described with a bonus gift courtesy of Toronto Vaporizer! A+
