    Excellent service...

    Excellent service, got all the information I wanted on their website by chatting with a sales representative named Claire. Made a phone call, which was missed (it happens), but I was called back within 5 minutes.

    Never shop anywhere else!

    This is my second purchase and I will be back. They are knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was just looking around the website and the Chat now box opened and I asked a question. I got a reply right away and Claire was able to answer all my questions and offered some expertise on some other items. Even offer me a promotion. Wonderful products, wonderful staff, no reason to shop anywhere else! Thanks again Toronto Vaporizer

    Great customer support and deals!

    Their website design is both easy to navigate and efficient in showing off all their products, I used their chat service to get a question answered and I was greeted with an actual human being and not a 5 response robot. Claire was incredibly helpful and not only answered my questions, but also made me aware of a GREAT promotion! As if the existing promotions and online prices weren't good enough! I'll be recommending this site to all my friends and will most certainly be visiting again soon!

    I was treated to quick and attentive service. My emails were promptly returned, and Aaron was very friendly and accommodating. Shipping was fast, and I'm incredibly impressed by the products I purchased. I will be a return customer!
