Love the kickboxing classes! It's a great full body workout, the classes have a fun and challenging vibe, and the instructors are awesome.

I have been in kickboxing since it began and I am still getting challenged in new and fun ways! I have done a lot of workout routines and this one has by far given me the most results! My daughter started TKD when she was 3 and is now a black belt thanks to the support and guidance of her instructors. She is more confident now than ever!
