Cascadia is a welcoming and exciting place where no matter what you do you will always come out feeling positive about yourself and others. The atmosphere is encouraging and very health conscious. At Cascadia it is so much fun it doesn't even feel like you're doing a workout???

My son joined and he's loving it, I'm joining too. Lots of great instructors and nothing but fun! Good for kids and adults from the basics to hardcore. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I'm super stoked since joining Cascadia's kickboxing! I've been trying to get rid of the extra baby weight, in earnest, for a year. I burned 5lbs since starting kickboxing in November. 2016. And it's been fun! I love the energy of the instructors and classmates. The atmosphere is one of shared goals and non-competitive, which keeps me coming back. Aaaand, they have child care for some classes!!

My son has been a member with Cascadia Martial Arts for almost two years now, and we have nothing but good experiences to share. Along with an amazing connection with each instructor, my son has learnt some very valuable life lessons here. He is much more confident in himself and his surroundings. He has learnt respect beyond anything I could have instilled in him myself. And he loves to show off the new techniques he's learnt to his friends and family.
