called in to place a takeout order said it would be ready in 15-20mins, I showed up 30 min later and it was still another 45 min wait!!

Well my girlfriend and I decided to go to Eastside Marios and we got asked to go to the bar side and that is were it started to go bad, I recieved the menu and I couldnt even see what it said on it because we had no light to see. We ordered a glass of water with lemon wans't a problem than we decided to proceed to order. We had to wait almost 50 mins for the food and by the time we recieved it was cold and hard. In my proffesional opinion I was very disappointed with the Atmosphere the service and most of all the food we will not be going agian. 0.0 stars5.0 stars aservice the food and w

the food here is good..typical to east sides. Unfortunately it always takes at least 15 min to get a table regardless of what time you get there. Service is relatively slow, and you end up filling up on salad and bread. At least they don't slash the portion sizes knowing that people do fill up on salad and bread. They do need to go a lil easier on the dressing on the salads tho...i prefer to have more lettuce and veggies than i do dressing. they sometimes have good deals on entrees and desserts. cheese caps are tried and true..their pizza is TERRIBLE though!!! i ate 1 out of 4 pieces, of excessively dry dough...the sauce didn't even reach the edges and there was 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. The waitress asked if wanted it to go, i said no(obviously) and she didn't ask why until she brought back containers for the other persons meal in my party. When i told her it was terrible she said "oh, that's too bad" that was it..no offer of anything else, not really an apology, and Definitely not anything taken off the bill. You should be able to order anything off of a menu and be satisfied, not have to stick with the same meal all the time. Slightly disappointing to say the least.

its so gross there

Well i love their chocolate milk and i hate their food. I orders spaghitti which was over cooked and the sauce tasted like pepsi. I dont know why or how but i saw poop in the urnil. Someone should realli clean the bathrooms. I will never go there again

Horrible Service--Beware

Very poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We went for lunch, only 3 other tables, but server was slow, rude, and never checked on our table to see if everything was going well. Drinks were not refilled, neither was the unlimited soup and salad. We asked for pepper and none was brought over. The dessert that came as a part of our meal was not brought until we asked--they were going to give us our bills without giving us our dessert. 2 of the 3 people having dessert had finished theirs before the last person's dessert was brought. Portion sizes were small, and food was cold. The bread loaves were stale. Save your money and go somewhere else, definetely not worth it.
