Stinger Home Inspections

I'm very happy with Stinger home inspections. I had a tight schedule Brejesh fit me in and put a rush on his comprehensive report. I will call Stinger again.

Brejesh is wonderful and I highly recommend him. We recently used him for three inspections before we finally found a home. He was flexible and made himself available on short notice, allowing us to put in clean offers (without which we no doubt would not have secured our current home) and the inspections themselves and reports were very thorough, and easy to understand for someone like myself who is not handy and has never previously owned a home.

Very thorough, and accurate, good explanations, report within one day. Inspection was done for purchase of home, by ret contractor, satisfied with inspectors report.

Was my first time buying a condo in Vancouver and appreciated the amount of time and detail Brejesh took to inspect the unit and building. Very useful summary and pictures that identified potential issues.
