Stinger Home Inspections

Brajesh inspected my condo after my unit was damaged with water from a few floors above me. I went through insurance but I am glad that I personally hired Brajesh to get a detailed look at my unit after the damage. I'm so glad that I did because my insurance company's contractors did not fully repair my unit and I was almost cashed out for my insurance when my unit was not even properly assessed! I would recommend Brajesh to anyone buying a new property or going through home damages, etc.

I think the word you will come across the most in the reviews about Brejesh is "Thorough", That is because thats exactly what he was. He did a great job explaining everything and I would return to him for future inspections for sure. Thank you!

Excellent We had our home inspection with Brajesh. He does not leave any part of the house , he is simply thorough inspector. I have piece of mind in the end with his report . Amazing Work . I have to say that it was first and very pleasant experience of home inspection. First, Brejesh, replied and was able to do the inspection on very short notice. He was very punctual and very easy going. He answered all my questions and discovered some house modifications, which only experienced eye could notice. He is very confident, experienced and very approachable inspector.Brejesh did very thorough inspection and gave me very detailed "road map" of repairs to do, ranking them by urgency.!!!!

My wife and I just closed a deal on our first home. As first time home buyers, we were feeling very overwhelmed. There are so many things that can go wrong. You only need to watch one episode of Mike Holmes Inspection to know the importance of a good home inspector. We asked our realtor if he had anyone he could recommend. He told us that he has worked with many inspectors, but Stinger was by far the best. Brejesh was a true professional. He was so thorough and took his time going over every detail, explaining it all as he went. We were blown away by how knowledgable he was. He even gave us great advice on things we could do to save money. He sent us home with a handy home maintenance manual, and peace of mind knowing we were making a good investment. He told us that he would have our report to us by the next morning. It was 8pm by the time we wrapped up. He said the report should only take a few hours. He had no problem staying up all night working on it! We told him that wouldn't be necessary, and that he could get it to us later. The next day we received a 61 page report, complete with photos, detailing our inspection. I highly recommend choosing Stinger as your home inspector. Best money you will ever spend.
