Went in one week to add a new phone to our plan. Josh helped us add it quickly and efficiently, even suggesting a complementary phone number to mine. A week later, we returned looking to update a different phone and he recognized us, took us as customers and again helped us quickly and efficiently. This in the middle of Boxing Day!
