Wow! I was just looking up the new store hours since the Covid 19 and couldn believe the bad reviews. I stop in and pick up things 2-3 times a week at this store and have never had a problem. The staff have been nothing but helpfulness and friendly. They never seem to mind if I ask for help finding something. They stop what they are doing and give me their undivided attention. As I work nights the store hours suit my schedule and I see a lot of different staff. Never a problem with my bill

I bought slippers from this lovely company over 17 years ago and this year they finally gave up the ghost after years of faithful service. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the company still exists. I spoke to a real person throughout the process of ordering new slippers (I live in the US now) and when they arrived, not only did they fit perfectly, but also came with a few lovely extras! Im delighted with the company and my slippers!
