Been there 4 times over the past 1 1/2 years, all in the winter. Rotel was a lifesaver. Great facilities for the money/ The staff oprerates on a shoe-string budget, hence the fantastic rates. They are super efficient, no-nonsense, no time for chit-chat, but ALWAYS there when there is a real need. Then, then are efficiently helpful. Rotel deserves nothing but gratitude and admiration for the work they do. A miracle place for my money and my convenience!!

Loved my stay here! Staff was more than friendly and attending to guests. As well, the rooms were awesome especially with the kitchen. It made my stay easier as I usually travel with a plug in cooler. Definitely staying here again!

The hotel itself was fine, however this review is for Monica in the Spin Restaurant. We were a large crowd for 1 week and Monica took a ribbing from a few of us with good humour. Monica always had a smile on her face, she would be the reason I would eat at that restaurant again. Thank you Monica !!!!

All renovated ,comfort and very clean, free parking,32 smart Led TV with free movies and sports channels and free WIFI internet and the Location is perfect near everything 5 minutes driving from Ottawa downtown and from casino Lac-Leamy and from the museum of civilisation.
