Called for service in the morning with leaking furnace and a representative (Brandon) came to the house just after lunch. Introduced himself and inspected the furnace. Happened to be a back up of condensation from the AC coil. Inspected the coil cleaned the drains and checked subsequent operation. All was good and just need to watch it in the future. Provided me with cost estimates for a new coil and new on demand water heater for future reference. Very professional and recommend! Thanks

Cujo and Matt were great! at -20 and the furnace does't work you appreciate a fast response and an honest assessment! Fixed it fast and will be looking for a new furnace shortly to replace the 15 yr old they got up and running.

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace.
