Exercise, that dreaded thing we all hate. It's boring, it's routine, and it never produces the results we want. I was from that very school of thought. Any exercise routine I ever got myself into was always just that a mundane routine. I hated it and always felt I wasn't getting anywhere. That is, until I decided to join Quench Fitness!
James and his team of personal trainers are knowledgeable, professional and a lot of fun! I am consistently motivated and encouraged to try harder and to do better. I love the variety of all the classes, it's what keeps me coming back!

I have been going to goodlife for two years and have used a lot of their trainers and classes.. recently I had some issues that Required some stretching deeper than what I could accomplish on my own so I saw their myofascial stretch guy, Simon. All I can say is I was in constant pain before, now I have more flexibility and no pain . I would highly recommend him to anyone with tight muscles and you’re just not sure what to do..Lire plus
Going to Goodlife fitness (Brampton & Mayfield), I enjoy working out there because the people including the trainers are very free-spirited and helpful. Good services was provided as expected. There’s one of the staff ,Ash, that’s a hard worker and manages his time pretty well. He doesn’t waste his time and is very observant for every little thing that has to be done in the gym as well.
