I was in a car accident and was receiving Physio at the Bowmanville clinic. Shortly after, while still in treatment, our family got some devastating news. Jamie has been wonderful to listen about our daughters journey. Sharon has been absolutely wonderful. She always asks how things are going and is completely understanding to work around my daughters appointments. Even when I screw up. Too much on my mind these days. Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away! When we called Durham vet clinic they welcomed us with open arms and was being assessed and treated a couple hours later!❤️
