Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tong many years ago. He worked with us for all our 5 windows for California shutters.
So off course, when my daughter & husband needed window treatments I called Tong and was happy to see that his business still exists!
Tx window fashions has moved to Oakville but he still came out to Grimsby and was so patient with my daughter and husband. Once again, he was very helpful and just wants to see them happy with their blinds. Thank you so much Tong
