I was a furniture salesperson for many years, and for that reason I’m very fussy about the sales experience. David was truly a breath of fresh air, as he listened to what we were truly after, didn’t hover, wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell us a $15,000 sectional (another store), but made the whole buying experience pleasurable.
