Well the bad experience was and still is being experienced by my daughter she purchased a table 3 months ago and still has no table for her hom it's being returne for a second time store refuses to pluck up the second damaged table and after agreeing to inspect the third table before let her pick up,now they say nope we are not going to do that either take it at your own risk she is being told.This to me is very poor customer care,shows me they don't care at all just to bad for you seems to be
My mom had purchased a couch and chair from this store - but they didn't have the matching pillows in stock when she wanted it all delievered. For some reason they told her that they would not special order them for her. I live in Calgary - and I was able to special order them here no problem. All in all it worked out as we just gave them to her as a Christmas Gift but it would have been nice if they would have just done it for her from the get go.
