Terrible experience, worst customer service ever! Do not go with this company, much better options available. Total scam, they add charges and treatments to your contract without warning you, for services they never delivered. They automatically renew your contract without asking you. On top of it all, their staff is impolite, and obviously very used to dealing with upset customers as a repercussions of their scam, they've been doing for years. Dishonest and unreliable company, stay away.

Attention à la clause de renouvellement automatique inclut dans leur contrat. Monsieur Gazon semble utiliser cette clause comme business case. Le renouvellement du contrat doit être annulé avant le premier service de l’année mais impossible d’avoir un retour d’appel de leur part avant cette date, malgré 3 tentatives sur plus de 1 mois... nous avons détesté l’expérience et ne recommandons pas cet entreprise.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle! Ils renouvellent sans que tu leur demandes l’été suivant et te charge le plein prix pour une sortie. Quand tu leur expliques que tu ne veux pas de leur service, ils te crient après et te menace que tu auras à faire avec leurs avocats. À éviter à tout prix! Une des pires compagnie que j’ai vue de ma vie. Côté gazon, c’est pas mieux!

This company is A SCAM!!! They came anyway and treated my lawn. Sent me an invoice for those services I never signed or even agreed to a contract. I told them I will not pay for the services that I never agreed to but they still keep sent me the invoice with interests.Stay away from this company. TOTAL SCAM!
