$3700 mattress started to compress within 2 weeks. After one year needs to be replaced. Incredibly disappointed.

Ive been sleeping on the same Foamite for over 10years. It was customized - my side is firmer than my wifes. No complaints - it is the best mattress I have ever slept on. Unless things have changed since with Foamite, I highly recommend them. Just note that they have a range of quality and prices. Our mattress was in the mid to high cost range - but worth the higher cost to get the quality and sleep comfort.

We bought based on the sales pitch of: 10 year warranty. They have been in business for 29 years but they DO NOT inform the customer that there are labour costs the customer has to pay. The matress was not good on one side from day one but they told us that it will adjust. It never did. We also would be drenched in SWEAT after sleeping on the matrress. So I wasted $1000 on the matress and 3 hours to take it there only to be told that I have to pay labour costs. Thimbs down! BUYER BEWARE!

please don't waste your money

A mattress nightmare!! Within days of receiving our mattress we began to experience sagging on both sides. It literally feels like sleeping on a bunch of random pieces of foam glued together. We complained and they asked us to send pictures as proof, which we did. After taking a day off work, renting a van to take the mattress in it was "reworked". Again, within days we experienced the same scenario. The customer service was beyond deplorable. By far the worst I've ever experienced.
