J'ai fait venir un produit par internet. Très satisfaite: livraison rapide, produit dans la boîte emballé avec papier bulles. Et de petits échantillons (produits pour cheveux et visage:5) en cadeau. Both myself and my sister have been coming to this salon for over 11 years. We are always greeted and welcomed by reception staff & manager Fabio each time as we walk in to see our wonderful and talented stylist Maria. Environment is a laid back atmosphere where I don't feel like an outcast. Staff are friendly,helpful & sociable. Unlike most places, most staff are senior staff who have been there a long time, which shows to me they are a happy bunch & management is doing something right!

CAUTION! Between ...

CAUTION! Between my hair appointment and salon, I had my brand new jacket (along with iphone in my jacket pocket) stolen at the L’Attitudes Toronto Eaton Center location. Staff demeanor and attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Delayed investigation process and new security footage overwrites the old recordings after 10 days. Claimed there was nothing that could be done, and passed me onto head office. They said insurance wont cover..did not call me as stated. Poor customer service!

I am not one to complain but this just had to be said, never go here. My appointment was filled with stupid banter about drug use and Jew jokes. If that was not bad enough by the completion of my appointment my hair, which I had asked to be highlighted and trimmed no more than a quarter inch), was blotchy, a full inch and a half shorter, and choppy...I am disgusted. I would not recommend this place if it was the last salon on the face of the planet.

Never go here. Got a hair treatment a while back. The girls were unprofessional and kept talking about how hung over they were from the night before. The hairdresser then left for a smoke break as my hair slowly turned into a witch white colour! The cut and dye was over 200!!!!!
