    DO NOT USE MIRACLE MOVERS

    I cannot begin to explain how horrible of an experience this was. We were under quoted on the time (probably a tactic to get us to sign with them), to the point that it took 5 hours to load the truck and we missed the opportunity for service elevators at our new condo. We were then charged extra for them to hold our belongings over night, which was not at all our fault. Since they had our bed and ALL personal belongings, we had to buy a blanket and sleep on the floor. DO NOT USE THEM

    Booked them and paid the deposit weeks in advance. Called me 18 hours before moving day and cancelled because they do not have a crew. I am disgusted by their total disrespect of people's time. Terrible customer service. person who called me to cancel Showed zero empathy to my situation. Worst company I have ever dealt With

    The unprofessional service I got today from them

    If you have deadline for your move, stay away from Miracle Movers! I booked a truck and two movers for July 30th at 11AM on July 6 (23 days in advance). I called multiple times to make sure they will be here on time because I have to coordinate this move with two condos and they were giving me only 2.5 hours of elevator time each. Given that this is last weekend of the month in summer, most of the slots were booked and it was hard to find a good period for move so I called a few times before today to make sure movers will show up on time. Everything was done on my side and I even got a call from miracle movers yesterday saying that they need $60 deposit for this service that I gave after another confirmation on date and time. This morning, I locked the elevator on my current address and everything was ready to go but the truck didn't show up! I called many times between 11 and 11:15 and left a couple of messages, no respond until 11:20 when Eugene called me back saying they truck will be late for 1.5 or 2 hours!!!!!!!! I'm very disappointed with their unprofessional service. They would easily charge me if I were late but they didn't even apologize for messing up my plans! If you can't wait for them to show up and need a company that keeps its promise, stay away from miracle movers.

    Awersome movers!!!

    I am very happy with this moving company. Everything was excellent. Great customer service, price is middle. When i researched some companies proposed me cheaper service, but i think the cheapest service is not the best. I like to this company there knowledge, how they answered to my question, they reacted to any email and call immediately. So i choose them and I did the right choice. Movers which arrived were great, carefully with my stuff, hard working, polite, worked professional. Good job. Do recommend.
