Fine Custom Cleaners

I took a leather purse to get cleaned at Fine Custom Cleaners. When I collected my purse afterwards I noticed it was dyed!!! The metal finishings on the purse we covered in paint. The employee who was working there at the time he mentioned that the cleaning was outsourced (which was never mentioned) and that dying is a standard part of the process (which it is not). He shifted the blame onto Suede Masters (where it was outsourced), would not accept responsibility for the cleaning job. BEWARE!
