Actually, I was visiting my sister and she apparently has been ordering China Island Takeout for years...All I can say is that it's the BEST Chinese food ever to grace my taste buds...Their food is incredibly delicious and hot and spicy when My sister orders the hot and spicy food... I can't imagine world peace without China Island supplying the food!... I kid you not!
It looks not very appealing from outside and inside, just another Chinese food place. However, the food is excellent, and the service is very good. I send my friends there, and all of them are impress.

The Lemon chicken was probably the single saddest, tasteless and toughest chicken ever to come out of a chinese deep fryer and General Tso is pale in comparison to a stale microwaved version at Loblaws.
I didn't go into this place for years because I thought it looked, as one person described it, "dodgey", but I'm glad I finally did! The food is great and the people are wonderful and friendly. We generally get take out from there, as it's not the greatest for dining, it's 'ok' .....but everything we've tried has been fantastic.
