Awful. Do follow-up with RCMP on your file. Got call from IRCC two days before report was due that it had not been received, one month AFTER prints taken her. The owner denied they said thwould send it directly to IRCC even though we had followed up with email employee three times and sure assured us it would. Owner made excuses, was belligerent, and interrupted us often. Reported to RCMP and Minister of Immigration. Phones should be monitored at this operation, as the very least. BAD service!

Excellent customer service wanted to do FBI fingerprints got the results within few minutes, I was told this expedited service in Canada is only available to US Citizen or Green Card holders. Staff briefed me very thoroughly. I will highly recommend this place for any kind of fingerprint as I also did the Canadian Criminal background check done from RCMP through them as well
