I've been a patient of Dr Caplan for about 6 years now, since moving to Ontario and have always been pleased with his professionalism, punctuality, level of expertise and treatment. The entire staff at his office are warm, engaging, very capable in each of their roles and just a pleasure to work with at every stage. I would highly recommend Dr Caplan and his staff if you are looking for a dental practice.

Best Dental office in the Beach

I have been a patient at Balsam Dental for over 10 years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Before I came to this office I was a very infrequent visitor to a dentist...now I go regularly, and I can say I actually enjoy the experience! I love the front desk staff who always greet me like an old friend, and Dr. Caplan is simply amazing. If you have any phobia about the dentist this is the guy for you! He has such a soothing manner , and he explains everything to you so there are no surprises. I also love the house and all the beautiful yellow flowers everywhere. They make it a warm and cozy atmosphere from the outside in.
