3 terrible experiences with Loomis/DHL. Paid 40$ US extra each time for expess delivery, pre-signed signature release and paid COD ahead of time. Driver still did not leave package even after second attempts (and me talking to company after first attempt). Customer service could only say “sorry, nothing we can do. You’ll have to wait for next delivery attempt.”I was unable to give these packages as gifts because Loomis was late and complete refusal to refund my money I paid for express delivery.
I get packages delivered constantly, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. It has been almost 3 weeks and my package has just been sitting in their building.
Forget about on time delivery. Paid for monday...no show...promised tuesday....still nowhere to be seen....I guess I'll have to let you know...because i don't and am not sure they do.
Horrible service - I wouldn't order from any company that uses DHL or Loomis as a delivery service. Package was returned to sender twice ' without a reason' - costing me overseas shipping and handling charges 2-3 times. Today, it happened again! In the tracking delivery tool, it says 'recipient refused delivery' which I did not - I have been waiting patiently for it. Finally called and spend 30 minutes on the phone to track it down. Going to pick it up at local office tomorrow... brutal.
