Originally- I only went to Holiday Ford because they had an Escape in the colour I wanted. However, once I walked through the door, everything changed and I experienced the most professional and courteous staff I could have ever imagined. Sales Representative Curtis Coupland greeted me with a smile and a handshake every time I walked through the door. He took the time to explain every detail of the transaction and spent extra time on the post-delivery instructions. A Total A++ Experience !
