My wife and I are SO happy to have our 11-year-old LG Plasma TV working again. The on/off switch, and the remote hand control, have both malfunctioned. Hai researched our situation before he arrived and was ready with a fix that worked! He was courteous and professional, and we definitely have him back again, should anything go wrong with our TV again.

Great service by In Home TV and Electronic Service 24/7. My flatscreen TV had a problem to turn on. I wasnt sure if it was feasible to repair. I did not want it to go to landfill for lack of a simple fix. I took my TV to In Home TV, an estimate was provided in a couple of hours, which was very reasonable, and it was fixed by the end of the day. I picked it up and watched it that evening. Marvellous fast service and very reasonable. Many thanks.
