Kelsey's est un établissement convivial. L'accès est facile par transport en commun. Ils sont installés au coeur d'une zone ou vous trouverez d'autre restaurants.
The food was awesome. The only reason I didn't give the service a nine was because we had a long wait for our food because there was a big party in at the same time. The waitress was really good about it though. She gave us a free dessert to make up for it.
Would definately go again the next time in Orillia.
