By review is too long for this site so here goes: Had nice watch repaired. Worked great, then stopped working, brought it back, they said its totally rusted out from the inside. Strange because the watch is 10 meter water proof as stated by Bulova. They tell me the gaskets are all dried out. Strange you just had it open to repair the watch. They said too bad its not because of our repair and those gaskets looked fine when we had the watch. Reality=Bad initial repair! No owner help.

I would never go to this store ever again this place has the worst customer service and does not care about the customer just give me your money and leave me alone is their mantality .... they also enjoy keeping your jewelry for longer then they have said it would take because they pick and choose when they want to open and close

They charged me 12 dollars to close the back case of a watch that came open. I bring my watches here frequently for battery changes and that only costs $10. Should have changed the battery too...would have been cheaper.Hope the 12 brings you joy
