    This is the best ...

    This is the best cell repair store in TO/Miss. This woman is a WIZARD and super honest. She has fixed my phones numerous times, a lot of the times while I waited. I recommend her to everyone I know.

    I heard about thi...

    I heard about this place from Costco employee. What a big mistake! I would have give 0 star if that is possible. I replaced my S4 LCD here about 2 month ago. Got back and looked fine but the glass broke itself two days later, just hair line crack. I thought I damaged somehow so didn't bother. Last month, I serviced my ipad here and it took 2 days to get it back. Right away, I noticed the glass start lifting but the owner wouldn't redo it. She brings ipad to other repair store, which I found.

    Thank you for your feedback ClashClan. Even though I do not recall dealing with you or having a similar issue, I would like to begin with apologizing for what you have gone through and for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I assure you that all the repairs are done with great attention to detail, in the store (and nowhere else so I'm not really sure who and what you saw in another repair store) and most of the time on the spot. But in some cases, it will take a couple of days if it's motherboard related or if it's an iPad screen repair (as I like to give extra time for the new screen and the glue to set in properly). If the screen starts lifting like it is in your case, it is because almost all the time the frame on the corners is bent. We can add more glue then, but I found in my 10 year experience the extra glue will come off eventually. Since what you just described did not ring a bell to me at all, and since I keep track of all the repairs I do for warranty purposes, I went back and checked all my repair records for the past 3 months only to see that your name is not on the list of any repairs I did. I also contacted Costco and advised them of your situation. I was hoping may be they'll be able to shed some light on this. I asked them about any complaint that they may have received about my store (from you specifically), they as well do not recall dealing with you nor have a record of any complaint of any sort about my store. I'm beginning to think that you may have mistaken our store with another store like us with an almost similar name (Wireless Experts with an S at the end) that is not affiliated to us in any way shape or form. If you are determined that it is indeed our store that you are referring to, please feel free to contact us as early as possible. We will do our outmost best to make it up to you and fix the issue as our business thrives on providing great service and products to all our customers. Again, we sincerely apologize for what you have gone through and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

    they repaired my ...

    they repaired my water damaged iphone 6....went to 3 stores (who could not fix it) before I came across this store and IT WAS FIXED !!! Excellent and honest service. Thank you..
