Thank you, so Much Carisma Florist for the most beautiful and plentiful basket. Wowza! The basket filled with fruit, pasta/sauce, chocolate, crackers and so on. Also, I Love the serving tray the goodies were displayed in. The man who delivered such a gentleman !. My mom sure did surprise me from Nova Scotia. Once again ,Thank you !!!!
I had ordered flowers for a funeral at home, was very dissatisfied with the arrangement, paid a lot of money and the arrangement was very poorly done, no refund or compensation given, will nit be using carisma again
My arrangements are always stunning and the service is great. The flowers that I had at my wedding were breathtaking. I love them.

I have been a customer of this florist shop for over 30 years. I have used their services for all occasions and most regrettably for my brother’s funeral. The designs, artistry, flowers have always been beautiful and exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Never disappointed!

I wouldnt even give this florist one star for a review but had to click one star to be able to post. Had a funeral visitation on Sunday and ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from Carisma online and the flowers never showed up. Another family member had her flowers show up late. I emailed them asking what happened and all they replied with was our apologies for your order not being delivered our systems were down. Would never recommend to anyone ever again. Would write more but limited.
Would NOT use them again. Flowers looked nothing like the pictures and big expensive funeral arrangement was scrawny for the price. Names wrong on the cards!! Disappointed.
Terrible Experience! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who was having a really rough morning/day so I decided to try and make her feel better by sending a little thought. I placed the order at 9:15AM and it was going no more than a 15 min drive away. Keep in mind I ordered on a Thursday of a random not busy week... I called 3 times to follow up to see if they were delivered, with the last call being 3:00pm and she said it would take another 20 minutes until delivery. There goes brightening m
Do not order flowers from here!!! Said it was going to be delivered at 10 am for a funeral viewing but, didn't get there till 2:45. Called to get an explanation and they hung up on me 5 times. Never had such an awful experience ever!!!! Awful service- I would never recommend them.
Terrible customer service and experience! I ordered a bouquet and was upsold ballons and found out from the receiver they did not receive their ballons, and when I called them back they took no accountability, and refused to say sorry or handle their mistake in an adult fashion - bad business practices combined with attitude - our family has supported this business for years and will be sure to share with everyone about this terrible service and experience.

Needed flower arrangements for wedding, and I must say WOW, everyone was complementing them, they were absolutely beautiful. The staff at Carisma is amazing, I would highly recommend them!
