SmartStop Self Storage - Milton

The facility is nice!!! Supplies 2x price of Uhaul, location NOT convenient. The two front desk staff looked irritated to help you. There were many empty lockers, later I realized they put me in the back even though I asked to be close to the exit, so upsetting. They were the only storage in Milton but Uhaul just opened up is cheaper, perfect location and that’s where I went. Don’t aggravate yourself and go there. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Poor customer service, nonchalant attitude.

Made a reservation for $80 (with 50% off in the first three months). On arrival we were told that the website promo was no longer offered. After getting the staff to finally agree to honor the "website glitch" they indicated $80 per month for 3 months AFTER the 50% off, not $40 per month for 3 months. I was told the area manager "might" call me "if they have time" to discuss the error on their mobile site displaying an incorrect price. Not very customer-service oriented responses.
