Poor Customer Service
I purchased a bed, bedding and pillows from The Brick. After a few days the zippers on the washable covers for the pillows broke. i called The Brick and was given a 1800 number for a company that didnt even make the pillows. I made several calls to the brick and was told everything would be looked after nothing ever was. i was told as early as monday that they would call me back the next day. I called back earlier today and was given another 1800 number with nothing but a busy signal. The Brick has some of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
