The cheese on the two large pizzas we ordered had completely slid off upon arrival with the sauce spilling on the pizza. It looked like a greasy unappetizing mess.When we called they refused to replace them and refused to let us speak to a manager, and it took 15 minutes on the phone and an hour and a half later for them to be replaced. Two and a half hours for two large cheese pizzas, rude customer service and an experience I never want to have again. King Richies = Disappointment
