Don't know customer service
After 10 years with this company, they still didn't know me, respect my business or offer me any loyalty for the amount of time I was with them. Didn't care about my business and it showed, didn't even follow up with a call or anything for almost a year when I left them to go to another company. Sad.

It is unfortunate that people with such a strong complaint would not leave a name or contact info so that we could immediately address their concern, as this is the way we have operated with a very loyal customer base since 1980
