while the food was pretty good...the service was really really poor. about 5 minutes after my party was seated another party was also seated. their order was not taken during our entire meal. I have only been twice and each time the service was extremely bad. to make matters even worse, on our way out I notice they received an award for 'best service 2007' from the View. ????????

One of the best Mexican restaurants in southern Ontario. Fresh ingredients make all the difference (don't expect Taco Bell quality - there is a trained chef in the kitchen and prices are very reasonable for freshly made dishes). Homemade chips and salsa offered before your meal. The sangria is great - sweet and full of fruit! Chef's specials are always a treat. The combo platter is a good way to sample some of the best fare on the menu (the enchilladas are my favourite). One of Hamilton's best kept secrets...
Food was good (not great) but the service was horrible. It took 45 minutes to get an iced tea we ordered from 2 different servers. Not to mention, it took forever for someone to even take our order. I highly doubt I'll ever return as the food was way too expensive for what it was worth.
Service is quite bad. Before we even had our jackets off we were asked what we wanted to order. Waitress seemed upset by the fact that we didn't already know. She came back smelling like cigarettes, and didn't tell us about the specials. We only learned this by hearing it from another waitress at the table beside us. I found the portions to be quite small, and the food wasn't anything special. My chimichanga came with a caesar salad that consisted of lettuce and dressing. Didn't even get a side of rice or beans.

I eat lunch here whenever i have a chance i enjoy it very much the service is pleasant and i love the seafood chimichanga sooooo good!!! mmm... yummy I think i ll go tomorrow
