Delaineys has always been great with large groups. Service was fine and food was prompt. I would recommend Delaineys for anyone looking to dine with large groups as they have traditionally taken care of my large groups well.
Great job preparing food to customers satisfaction. Love to dine there again.
Excellent food, good portions, reasonable prices, excellent little waitress with a great personality. Will definitely go back again.
Wasn't impressed with the princess at the door who smirked her nose at us for not having a reservation, especially when 3/4 of the tables were empty. We were seated and told to be out in 2 hours, as that table was resrved for another party. Service was unusually fast and prompts, food was delicious and hot and ample, and I didn't mind tipping extra because of it. Lee, our waitress, was exraordinarily good.
I see nothing wrong with this place at all - maybe it's not so good at dinner, hence all the complaints? This is the second time I've lunched there and both times had a very satisfactory experience. Food: the fries were average but OK, the sole in breadcrumbs was quite good and the portion size was good, plenty for me with some left over but not ridiculously large as seems to be more the trend. 10/10 for service - my server was prompt and attentive, and, most importantly, did not interrupt me in the middle of the meal but kept her eyes open in case I needed anything. In short she was their to serve my needs in my time instead of only making herself available when it suited her, as is the case so often these days where your server completely ignores you except when they feel like it and then they just burst in on you "Is everything OK" without even waiting for you to finish you mouthful!!! Will go back if in the area (just happens to be opposite my Chrysler dealership) but the food doesn't make it worth travelling far for.
