Very bad experience. Taxi arrived 20 minutes late, didn’t apologize. Immediately asked for higher rate than the one negotiated on the phone. Ask for more money all the way to the airport and managed to charge me $20 more than price negotiated… don’t use them…

Horrible customer service. I asked for the cab to meet me at McDonald's in stead of where I was, cause they were going to be a bit. So as I walked to McDonald's he calls me back and said to wait there.. I asked where? He said McDonald's. I said I'm not there yet had to walk. I simply and calmly asked if he could speak up. The cars driving by made it hard to hear. And then he proceeded to freak out on me and told me to never call again. All because I asked where he'd pick me up. Never again.
