Barbara's Travel Agency

My family books with Barbara for all of vacations. The first year we started with her she helped us for free. The travel agency we were with closed their doors and we were left with a half booked vacation and she took care of us. We have probably booked a dozen or more trips through her (from down south all inclusive to half way around the world tours)

Amazing travel agent! Was just reading previous reviews and could not DISAGREE more! No matter what request, what question or how last minute, barb has ALWAYS made our travel needs come true! We are lucky to have you!! Thank you barb!!

We booked Disney family trip with Barbara and she did NOT go above and beyond at all. One time we went to give her money for our trip and her business was closed in the middle of the day and the week. We were given a receipt instead of tickets, something printed on the internet, info was NOT correct, receipt said tickets not valid...my husband now has to call Transit and Disney to fix all this! What a HORRIBLE AGENCY!!

My family and I recently booked an all inclusive trip through Barbara. On the way home my luggage was lost. Barbara was contacted, and did very little to help. She told us that we didn't have travel insurance through her and therefor wasn't her responsibility. apparently her job does not exceed pushing a few buttons on a computer. I would say she's not the type to go above and beyond for a customer. She merely did the bare minimum for us. I am very disappointed and turned off by travel agencies.
