Recommended to Shop Elsewhere
I recently purchased a pair of Hugo Boss eye glasses from Spexx in Mapleview Mall Burlington. I was promised that the glasses would be ready in 3 days and it ended up being 1 week. I was never notified when the glasses were available for pick-up, I had to call the store and ask. When I picked up the glasses I was told by the salesperson that their optician was not in so adjustments can't be done, the optician only works until 5:00 pm. How are you ever suppose to get your glasses adjusted if you work a 9-5 job? I also had to do an exchange for an amount of money that did not go through on my benefits and add it to a spending account, however this did not happen, I was told to come back when the person who sold me the glasses was working to do the exchange. Really? What store cannot process an exchange. Very uneducated staff work at Spexx, If you want to save the hassle I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I've had very good experiences with Blur Eyewear and made a disappointing mistake by not returning to them for my purchase. QuattroX
