    Kindest, caring team who always go out of their way! Calder is treated with love as if he were family. Dr. Laroque is by far superior than any vet we have been patients of. Thank you for everything!

    Staff Person was very mean.......

    I arrived at Beattie Vet clinic at 12:30 AM on the 25th of January with my young cat that i knew was very unwell, the vet assistant that let me into the clinic told me instantly that they were very busy with an emergency and that my cat did not look in distress and that i should come back in the morning. I said I would wait, I felt my cat would die she was starting to twitch uncontrollably, she said fine, and gave me an appointment for 2:00, then she turned off all the lights and left me sitting with my cat in the dark, a while later a nicer person came in and opened the lights for me, the vet when I did see him said my cat was indeed very ill and needed to be hospitalized, when i left the clinic the same girl was quite friendly to me, the care was good and my cat survived, but I was so scared and this staff person treated me so badly........

    Needed help at 4:00 a.m.

    Terrific, needed a vet in the middle of the night. Open 24 hours. Very pleasant staff. Large modern facility. Extremely reasonable rates, much less than you'd expect. We will be switching to Beattie for all our vet needs for both our dogs even though it's a 30 minute drive. Thank you!
