Wish there was a way to leave no stars because this company doesnt deserve even one star. Worst experience ever. Many appointments that were not kept. Many installations that did not happen. After many months and failed installation attemts due to wrong sizes and equipment they refused to installa and do not answer calls about any refunds. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL CO. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$

I ordered shutters for my home from their sales person 2 months ago; they were supposed to be installed within 3 weeks. The first installer came and the shutters were the completely wrong size. A week later another installer came, yet again wrong size. A 3rd appointment was made, for which they were a no show without a call. I left 6 messages over the subsequent 3 days and it was on the fourth day after the appointment that someone finally called me back. A 4th appointment was made for which I was absolutely assured that they would show up or call if they couldn't make it and again they didn't show up or call, which appears to be typical behaviour. Again I have left numerous messages and no one is calling back. If they would have called or rescheduled it would have been one thing, but the complete disregard for my time in not showing up or responding to calls for days after missed appointments is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I have taken 4 days off work to get the shutters installed and nothing has been done. I have dealt with some bad contractors previously (and some excellent ones) but I can ABSOLUTELY SAY THAT BLIND & SHUTTER OUTLET IS THE VERY, VERY WORST!!
