My husband,a friend and I went to this restaurant last week and it was terrible. We waited 40 minutes to place our order; it was only after the hostess seated someone behind us and noticed that we still had our menus and no drinks that she asked us if we had been helped.
The waitress took forever to get us our drinks, and my husband and I had to send back our order, as the waitress had told the kitchen that we had order chicken parm. Apparently, she had only written down 'chicken' when she took our order. She apologized and it took another 30 minutes to get our meal, while our friend ate and then had to wait for us.
I will NOT go again.
Food was terrible, I have eaten greek food all over canada, and this is the worst excuse I have ever seen for food, never mind greek. The service was awful, rude, and totally uncaring, our order was wrong and they didnt care, and we had to argue to get it right. I try never to balme the server for bad food as she/he didnt cook it, but the manager was so rude it was unbelieveable. Close your doors or sell to someone who knows what they are doing !!!
The food was fantastic. The service was good too. The way the place is set up though, you have almost zero privacy - the tables are very close together and there are no booths. I felt like the people beside us were listening to every word we said!
Contrary to previous negative reviews on this restaurant, we have just returned home after having a wonderful meal, the staff were first class,thanks to Reghan, and Shannon our servers. We both cannot find anything but compliments on this establishment, it was our first visit, and certainly wont be our last.
