Even when I went to pick it up I had my grandson with me. He answered all his questions , helped me put his car seat in the truck. Included him in the picture he took. I am very happy with the service I got from Trillium Ford in the purchase of my 2018 F150. We got there late on a Saturday and Adam was happy to stay behind so we could do some test drives and then answer any and all questions we had. On Tue evening I went back for a final test drive of the specific vehicle I was looking to buy. I paid a deposit and met with Shannon who was also very helpful and answered my numerous questions around warranty & maintenance plans. I am a very happy customer.
