Worst Experience
Nisby said they will start working on our windows in two weeks. They started working after 3 months, which still isn't finished. After changing just 2 of our windows, we asked them about some work salesperson promised us to do, workers stopped working and said haven't been notified about that. Its has been 6 months, I have called them so many times but never got a call back. A few days back the salesperson came to my house, wouldn't listen what we wanted to say. When I brought up the work he said he would do, he talked rudely and said we are forcing him? Then he behaved bad and stormed out of the house. We don't know what is going on. we were planning on selling the house , its on hold just because of them. we wanted to change windows for heat saving before winter bit its almost summer now. I feel cheated by big name. Called in today again still no replies. The worst service I have ever seen.
