We lived here for 3 years. During this time we had bedbugs, our storage locker got broken into twice, our mailbox got broken into, we had 4 different caretakers(in 3 yrs)the walls are paper thin, we could hear relations, nose blowing, neighbours showers etc. Also take pics of everything upon move in!!! We got burned because we noted a stain on our carpet upon move in, but they called it a burn upon move out. While calling to explain/ ask for our money back because of semantics, we got yelled at!

Very good property management company. The are fix things quickly and let you know if there will be a delay. The rents keep going up but the building is in good repair as is my suite. I have looked at other companies that people I know rent from and they are not happy with them.
