I took my BMW 335 M Performance Package to this shop. My car was in a major accident and when I got it back, it had numerous problems that were left unfixed. When I asked them about those problems, I was told that they could not relate those problems to accident (There was zero problems with my car before the accident, it was serviced under BMWs warranty). I believe ICBC did not allow them to spend more time and money on repairing my car. I had to trade in the car a week after I got.

Their work and their customer service are both top notch. Boris the owner is himself involved in taking care of customer needs and concerns. I took my car back after several months and Boris and his staff went out of their way to have the problem solved.
