I called and told them that my area rug was still dirty and was given a song and dance. I understand that my rug will never be pristine white ever again but I did want it to be at least clean!!!!! Woman on phone insisted that it was clean. I got put my little Green Machine rug cleaner and did an area and emailed it to her. She told me that she did not believe that the dirt was from my rug and told me that I was trying to get out of paying and I had already paid

Longlasting carpet cleaning

Hi Carolyn hear, I had my white "yes" white carpets cleaned with Westcoast. Usually I have them cleaned every 6 months ,but with Chem-Dry they stayed pretty much clean for a year.Spots were a lot easer to clean up. They dried quickly .I found them to be very professional and with great customer service.Try them you won't be dissapointed.Cheers
