When telephoned he advised that he could not come immediately, but would come at the end of his business day. He arrived promptly, viewed the fridge, advised the problem, advised that he no longer repaired this type of problem with fridges. He was unable to advise us as to who could correct this issue for us. He was efficient, prompt, tidy, and courteous. I would recommend Chargen to anyone that required repair of fridges, dishwashers etc.
